
The STIM-D project, launched by the Defender of the Environment and Social Justice Initiative (DESJI) in partnership with Women in Nature Conservation Organization (WINCO), aims to address massive deforestation and promote sustainable forest conservation practices in Midim community, Essien Udim Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom state, Nigeria.
Key Project Components
- Tree Planting: Restoring degraded forests and promoting biodiversity.
- Community Forest Restoration: Protecting and restoring community forests and endangered species.
